We provide extended service by managing the vessel schedule for stuffing, following up the vessel status to ensure no delay due to indirect vessel routes, also provide updates regarding congestion in the vessel route, and intimating the vessel arrival to our customers. To avoid any demurrage on agreed free days, we constantly follow up the shipment – right from dispatch to unloading and return of the container to the destination port. In case of any marine damages, our team also assists with the insurance claim so our customers can be reimbursed on time, with no stress.
Once the product is on the shelves, for any root cause analysis at the customer’s end, we provide extensive details of the product such as ingredient details, supplier details, blend number, manufacturing date, packing material details as well as personnel involved at every stage of manufacturing (including machine operators, supervisors, QC/QA, and workers), thereby aiding in 100% reverse trace process.

A: For the double-chamber as well as single-chamber tea bags, we use bleached/unbleached paper as per the client’s preferences. For the pyramid tea bags, we use biodegradable and non-biodegradable filters, both woven as well as non-woven type.

That said, however, delivery schedules are discussed with the client before finalisation. Delivery terms are usually dependent on the agreed terms and conditions; as such, we offer ex-factory, FOB, CIF/CFR delivery terms. We also a variety of options, depending on the client’s requirements, as it relates to the mode of shipment.

Import & Export Clearance
Our team is well experienced in providing technical support for both import and export of goods. Depending on customer requirements we delegate individual team members to oversee activities such as liaising with suppliers for commercial basis, raising purchase orders for Import goods, seeking clearance from respective regulatory bodies for packing material and raw materials.
A well detailed document such as Food analysis certificate, end use declaration, label details incl. shelf life, net weight and ingredient list, technical write up of the product and flowchart for processing and packaging of the product will be provided to the Tea Board and Food Safety Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) for obtaining tea and infusion ingredient clearance.
For export goods, our team always plans and works ahead of the schedule to avoid any delays keeping in mind the long shipment routes. For each order, a pre-shipment sample will be sent to our customer to seek approval before beginning production and therefore any last-minute improvisations recommended by our customers can always be accommodated into actual product thereby keeping up to our customer expectations in each stage of manufacturing.
We will also be providing shipment samples when requested by our customers and the shipment samples will be stored for a minimum period of the product’s shelf life.
