We provide extended service by managing the vessel schedule for stuffing, following up the vessel status to ensure no delay due to indirect vessel routes, also provide updates regarding congestion in the vessel route, and intimating the vessel arrival to our customers. To avoid any demurrage on agreed free days, we constantly follow up the shipment – right from dispatch to unloading and return of the container to the destination port. In case of any marine damages, our team also assists with the insurance claim so our customers can be reimbursed on time, with no stress.

Once the product is on the shelves, for any root cause analysis at the customer’s end, we provide extensive details of the product such as ingredient details, supplier details, blend number, manufacturing date, packing material details as well as personnel involved at every stage of manufacturing (including machine operators, supervisors, QC/QA, and workers), thereby aiding in 100% reverse trace process.

A: For the double-chamber as well as single-chamber tea bags, we use bleached/unbleached paper as per the client’s preferences. For the pyramid tea bags, we use biodegradable and non-biodegradable filters, both woven as well as non-woven type.

A: We help source a variety of cartons such as mono/duplex cartons, shelf-ready cartons (e-flute cartons), semi-rigid cartons, rigid cartons. We also offer alternatives to cartons such as stand-up pouches (made of flexible laminates and kraft paper), tin caddies, paper canisters, jars, etc.

A: The packing volume in a baby carton is directly tied into the volume of the tea as well as the primary packaging (type of tea bag). We are capable of accommodating all varieties of packaging as per customer requirements. We also assist with technical guidance in this regard as may be required.

A: The delivery schedules are generally tied into the order quantities, packing requirements, input material lead times, and existing order queue. That said, however, delivery schedules are discussed with the client before finalisation. Delivery terms are usually dependent on the agreed terms and conditions; as such, we offer ex-factory, FOB, CIF/CFR delivery terms. We also a variety of options, depending on the client’s requirements, as it relates to the mode of shipment.

Biodegradable material is fast becoming the material of choice for most brand owners. We offer biodegradable materials, specifically for construction of tea bags. We also offer industrially compostable as well as recyclable packaging options based on the client’s requirements.
