We adhere to BRC norms when it comes to storage. This helps ensure all raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and other sensitive ingredients are stored in temperature controlled insulated spaces to maintain optimal moisture levels at all times.
There are separate storage and packaging facilities for all conventional, organic and specialty ingredients, so their authenticity remains intact. All incoming materials are placed in specialised quarantine zones and are checked by quality experts to rule out foreign matters and ensure zero contamination. Anything that enters the storage facility, is controlled by software and are QR code scannable for traceability.

Our QA and R&D team have jointly developed a set of standards. Each supplier is assessed against biannually to verify their compliance and effective functioning of QA standards. Such a stringent supplier assessment programme aids us in identifying the best suppliers of RM and PM throughout the year. We employ experts in tea tasting to source us the best gardens thereby accomplishing in supplying our customers with high quality tea with superlative flavours consistently all thought-out the year.
Import & Export Clearance
Our team is well experienced in providing technical support for both import and export of goods. Depending on customer requirements we delegate individual team members to oversee activities such as liaising with suppliers for commercial basis, raising purchase orders for Import goods, seeking clearance from respective regulatory bodies for packing material and raw materials.
A well detailed document such as Food analysis certificate, end use declaration, label details incl. shelf life, net weight and ingredient list, technical write up of the product and flowchart for processing and packaging of the product will be provided to the Tea Board and Food Safety Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) for obtaining tea and infusion ingredient clearance.
For export goods, our team always plans and works ahead of the schedule to avoid any delays keeping in mind the long shipment routes. For each order, a pre-shipment sample will be sent to our customer to seek approval before beginning production and therefore any last-minute improvisations recommended by our customers can always be accommodated into actual product thereby keeping up to our customer expectations in each stage of manufacturing.
We will also be providing shipment samples when requested by our customers and the shipment samples will be stored for a minimum period of the product’s shelf life.
