Standards for ethical sourcing

• We determine the credibility of suppliers before associating with them.
• We check the condition of their facility or shop.
• We strictly scrutinize their QMS (Quality Management System).
• We prefer purchasing tea through the auctioning system and avoid private buying as far as practicable.
• We do not associate with partners that employ child labour.
• Maintaining good work ethics is a quality that we look for in our partners before associating.
• We prefer working with suppliers who give equal opportunity to their staff as well as workers and who do not believe in any kind of discrimination, whether gender, community, race, religion, or otherwise.
